Third floor of the mall, in one back corner, very nice view on the te roller coaster in a very airy and bright space. Order at the cashier and wait for your food to be brought to your table. Very carefully prepared parfait, not over the tip elaborate but simple and nice. Also many savory options and lunch sets.

My to-go lunch whenever I visit Tokyo or go shopping nearby. I ordered the fish and avocado lunch set and it goes with warabi mochi and matcha tea and I'm satisfied! The dining are is clean and the staff are friendly and attentive!

Waiting time is long as you can see from my photo (maybe because the concert in Tokyo dom?). But the quality of the food is good and I guess stable. Still worth the waiting.

While at Tokyo Dome, I saw Nana's Green Tea and the interesting parfait they had filled with mattcha, adzuki beans, ice cream, and other ingredients. While I'm not a fan of the adzuki beans, due to it being quite bitter, I did enjoy the overall dessert.

Third floor of the Tokyo Dome Mall, in the middle of the floor. Decent frappe with soft serve. The soft serve was very rich compared to American vanilla soft serve. The green tea frappe was nice, not super sweet. They have a few seats in the main cafe area where you order, and more seating in a section over by a window.

Loved, loved and absolutely loved the green tea and the cheesecake After a wonderful dinner, we wanted to stop by at one and only Nana's tea (in the mall of course :) ) to grab as much desert delights as we could. Warm welcome and extremely amazing customer service is what defines them in totality. In addition to that some top notch deserts, tea et al make the visit so much more worth while. We ordered a Matcha cheesecake, mochi parfait , green tea and matcha latte. The green tea definitely balanced out the sweetness from the parfait and the cheesecake and was prepared with just the right amount so as to not overwhelm you, rather let you enjoy with the dessert. They have some tables inside the cafe and we were able to park ourselves towards the very end and it gave us a bit of intimacy as well though there is no intimate/private seating available. Amazing experience and its an absolute absolute must do if you happen to be around Tokyo!!!

I needed a cafe to rest & sugar up my kids around 3 pm or so. I also wanted to try some green tea desserts. First-time tourist, to the area, the staff were very patient & kind. I couldn't get full enjoyment as my kids ate the bits they wanted & left me to finish the left overs . For tourists, please note that most drinks in Japan aren't sugared up. Look around and add the "sugar gum syrup". I apologise for the eaten photos: like a lot of foods, it's best to mix up the mouthful. My kids ate all the creamy & sweet bits & left the bland & dry bits for me. The cake looks a little dry, but it WAS served with cream to balance it. Each item is served with balance and I would come again to try other menu items. It's not 5 star hotel gourmet but it's still good & well priced.

The experience at this establishment provided more than just a delightful meal. First and foremost, the quality of the food was exceptionally high, with the matcha parfait standing out as incomparably splendid. The flavour had a depth that seemed to capture the essence of matcha, combined with a refined sweetness that was truly striking. Furthermore, the hidden charm of the restaurant lay in the service provided by an elderly gentleman with a 'lovely' smile. His warm approach was as enthusiastic as the tropical sun, leaving an unforgettable impression on the visitors, including his guidance to the seats. Particularly memorable was his fair admonition to a young person trying to take a seat ahead of others. This incident was a perfect example of the respect for customers and proper training that is well established in the establishment. Overall, this eatery offers more than just a place to dine, providing a heartwarming service and a marvellous dining experience in an 'unforgettable' manner, making it a very special place indeed
